The short-term joint staff training took place in Frenchen / Germany between 29 August-2 September 2016
The second short-term joint staff training was organized by Christliches Jugenddorfwerk Frechen im Verbund NRW Süd (CJD BBW Frechen) between 29 August-2 September 2016 in Frechen/Germany. 19 staff from partner organizations attended the training.
Main objectives of the training:
- To capture the vision of the European Union in order to contribute the training program/curriculum is being designed for teachers and other professionals who are working with individuals with intellectual disabilities,
- To get information about similar training programs in the German system,
- To observe existing practices at the organizations which provide services for individuals with special needs,
- To discuss training outcomes with the participants.
